![]() If none of the recommendations pan out, my Plan B is just to play through Amalur again with a different class :PĮDIT: No party mechanics please. Tried Dragon’s Dogma, but it got boring after a little while.Īny suggestions would be appreciated. Only played for about 30 minutes and knew immediately that’s not what I’m looking for. Does it play like Amalur? Also, even though it’s supposed to be an MMO, is it also possible to just stay in your own lane and do a single-player campaign? And can you create female characters? Any suggestions? The combat was probably my favorite part of the experience if that helps. Since then, I’ve been trying to find a game that basically fills the role of “Amalur Part 2” and have been unsuccessful. Originally posted by Show Me Your Moves!:So once upon a time, I finished this game and loved every minute of it. It's not my favorite RPG but it's hard to match in some areas. There's not much out there that have the best parts this game had to offer, unfortunately. The combat, though not awkward on PC like Dragon Dogma, is party-based but not nearly as challenging. Some similarities there.if you like collecting things etc. I'd suggest it first but if you found Dragon Dogma boring, -not sure how -unless you didn't like party mechanics) I suppose you could go from 2 to Inquisition which you may like better than hardcore Origin Fans do. Witcher 3 (Some ARPG similarities, quite different mood and combat though)Ĭombat (much faster paced then others in the series) and lore (though Origins is a wonderful game. If it's not there it probably can be found in a mod Fairly flexible character building but you can't respec. Combat, characters, mood and overall direction of Hero.
